    Description

    CE1 Air Mail Special Delivery Plate Block of 6 with an EFO Wandering Perforation Hole.
    The CE1 Plate Block is MNH and in Extremely Fine condition.
    This misalignedperforation hole is only found in the top row of several CE1 21314/F21314 and21315/F21315 plate blocks and strips.  Since 1978, I have not discoveredthis perforation flaw for the 21312/F21312 or21313/F21313 series.
