    Description

    CE1 Air Mail Special Delivery Plate Strip of 10 with the EFO Wandering Perforation Hole.
    The CE1 Plate Strip is MNH and in Extremely Fine condition.
    This misaligned perforation hole is only found in the top row of several CE1 21314/F21314 and 21315/F21315 plate blocks and strips.  Since 1978, I have not discovered this perforation flaw for the 21312/F21312 or21313/F21313 series.
